Ever since we launched Breathe in 2012, we’ve been trying to find ways to help businesses become better employers. Initially we thought there had to be a better way to handle employee record keeping so the first version of Breathe HR was born. We now have over 7000 small to medium sized businesses using our products to manage their 220,000 employees.
At the start of 2019 we decided it was time to get more ambitious so our mission became:

We believe the best way for a business to become more productive and thrive is to make their people’s lives better. If you do this, then they in turn will look after the rest for you.
Simple to use and cost effective software for managing employees it still at the heart of what we do. But we’ve added the Culture Pledge to help businesses get started on their People First journey and the Culture Leaders List to celebrate the best of the best.
